💳 Deposit & Payment Schedule

• Standard Deposit: $100 per traveler (non-refundable)

• Pay your $100 deposit and you’ll receive an email with registration details and a link to make your monthly payments.

• Monthly payments are due by the 15th of each month, and will be divided into remaining months

• A 10-day grace period is allowed after each due date.

• A $50 late fee will be added after the grace period.

• Final balance due: May 15, 2026

⚠️ Missed Payment Policy:

• If two consecutive payments are missed, your trip will be automatically canceled without a refund. (If you don’t call prior)

💡 All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

All deposits, payments, and late fees made toward this Essence package are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the traveler has purchased travel insurance. In such cases, any reimbursement must be pursued directly through the travel insurance provider by filing a claim.

To ensure consistent and high-quality service, these policies must be followed. Any late fees incurred are the sole responsibility of the traveler. These guidelines will be strictly enforced to uphold the integrity and reliability of our travel services.

PLEASE NOTE: Final payments must be paid in full no later than 45 days before the event. Failure to meet this deadline may result in the cancellation of your reservation. If cancellation occurs due to non-payment, Oasis Travel Connection's standard cancellation policy will apply without exception.

• Rates are based on Single, Double, Triple, or Quad occupancy.

• Guests are responsible for confirming their own roommates.

• If a roommate cancels, remaining guests must cover the new rate or find a replacement.

• All payments are non-refundable & non-transferable.

• No refunds for cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures.

• Oasis Travel Connection is not responsible for personal emergencies or travel delays.

🛡 Travel Insurance

• Strongly recommended to protect your investment.

• Coverage must be purchased at the time of deposit for full benefits.

• Declining coverage means you assume all risks.

🚍 Transportation (if applicable)

• Guests must arrive on time for all group transportation.

• Missed departures due to lateness are not the responsibility of Oasis Travel Connection.
